Our warehouse operations are at 1907 Wilfert Road and 1981 Wilfert Road. The office confirms the right location for your items and the arrangements for receiving, access and collection.
Both facilities are in Nanaimo. Coming from elsewhere on Vancouver Island? Tell us your pickup location and destination so we can discuss transport rather than send you looking for a local branch we do not have.
Please arrange visits and deliveries first. Do not send a carrier or bring a vehicle to a facility until the location and receiving arrangements are confirmed.

Can you pick up my furniture and bring it back later?
Pickup, storage and redelivery can be discussed as one coordinated job. Tell us both addresses, the items and your likely dates. Transport, packing and handling are confirmed in the estimate rather than assumed to be included in the storage charge.
Is this the same as renting a self-storage unit?
Not necessarily. A storage arrangement with a moving company can include moving and handling support. Do not assume it includes your own drive-up unit, a gate code or unrestricted access. Can I store items for a short time or for several months?
Ask about short-term or longer-term storage for your dates. We confirm the available space, billing period and applicable paperwork before booking. Let the office know when your expected collection or delivery date changes.
Can I access some of my belongings during storage?
Discuss access and partial collection before choosing the arrangement. Tell us how often you may need items and whether any boxes must stay easy to retrieve. Access times, notice and any handling charges need to be confirmed with the office.
What about temperature-sensitive or valuable items?
Tell us what the items require before booking. Indoor storage is not automatically a promise of a particular temperature, humidity level or insurance coverage. Ask the office to confirm suitability, handling and the applicable protection terms for your belongings.
Do you accept business deliveries and pallets?
Ask about Nanaimo warehousing, freight receiving and cross-docking. Provide the carrier, expected arrival, pallet or piece count, dimensions, weight and handling needs before dispatch. Receiving is arranged in advance, not assumed from the address alone.
