Job Requirements
We’re looking for motivated individuals who meet the following qualifications:
General Requirements
- 100% drug-free.
- Professional attitude and demeanor.
- Strong logic and math skills.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Capable of repeatedly lifting heavy items (100 lbs or more).
- Ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, walk, and perform other physical tasks required for moving.
Customer Service Skills
- Provide outstanding customer service during every move.
- Greet customers upon arrival, complete walk-throughs before and after moves, and ensure all items are safely transported.
- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Drivers
- Clean driving record.
- Assist with truck inspections and maintain inventory of moving equipment.
Swampers
- Support the driver in safely moving, packing, and unpacking customer belongings.
What You’ll Do
- Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.
- Provide top-notch customer service throughout the moving process.
- Conduct truck inspections and maintain moving equipment inventory.
- Complete paperwork accurately, including payment collection.
