At Take A Load Off Moving Ltd., we’re committed to providing top-quality service at fair and competitive pricing. Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that if you find a lower legitimate hourly rate, we’ll match it — and give you a $100 credit toward your final bill.

To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met:

✅ Eligible Competitor Requirements

  • The competing company must be a licensed and registered business in Canada.
  • They must have valid cargo insurance, WCB (Workers’ Compensation Board) coverage, and a CVSE (Commercial Vehicle Safety Enforcement) certificate.
  • They must operate as a legitimate, professional moving company with a verifiable business license, business address, and online presence (e.g., website or public reviews).
  • Unlicensed or uninsured operators, cash-only services, or companies advertising on informal platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Craigslist, etc.) are not eligible.

📄 Estimate Submission Requirements

  • The competitor’s estimate must:
    • Be on official company letterhead, including full contact details and business logo.
    • Be a detailed written estimate, clearly showing:
      • Hourly rates
      • Number of movers
      • Same date and time as we are offering
      • Truck size and equipment
      • Travel charges and any additional fees
    • Match the same name, service address, and move details listed on your estimate from Take A Load Off Moving Ltd.
    • Be submitted to us before your scheduled move or at least 3 business days in advance.

⚠️ Additional Terms

  • Price match applies to hourly rates only for comparable moving services and equipment.
  • Price match only applies to our 4 hour minimum jobs
  • The competitor’s estimate must reflect the same type of service, including:
    • Truck size
    • Number of movers
    • Move distance (local or long-distance)
    • Type of service (e.g., residential move, packing/unpacking, etc.)
  • Estimates that include promotional discounts, limited-time offers, or bundled services may not qualify unless a full service breakdown is included.
  • The $100 credit will be applied to your final invoice after successful verification and completion of your movewith Take A Load Off Moving Ltd.
  • We reserve the right to decline a price match if:
    • The estimate does not meet our requirements
    • The company cannot be verified
    • The documentation appears incomplete, falsified, or inconsistent
