Ask for collection, packing, materials, storage, handling and later delivery to be identified in the written estimate. Storage pricing is matched to the inventory and arrangement rather than a generic unit-size price chart.
Review access and coverage in the booking documents. The published terms specify a four-hour minimum for all services, billing from Nanaimo yard departure until return, and an equipment, supplies and fuel surcharge.

Number cartons, list furniture and flag items that may need early release. Keep medication, documents and everyday essentials with you. The published transport terms exclude propane, fuel, chemicals, ammunition and other dangerous goods.
